Candidate Assessment Programme
The aims of the programme are:
- to help clients identify management potential within interview candidates
- to provide a benchmark of personal managerial competence for candidates
- to help define individual development plans for candidates
The programme is a supplement to, not a substitute for, conventional selection criteria e.g. interviewing.
