Confidence Enhancement Programme

The programme is aimed at improving participants self confidence, giving them a greater feeling of self worth and developing their relationships with their colleagues. The programme is experiential - allowing those involved to develop and take new skills and confidence forward into subsequent activities.

At the conclusion of the programme participants will:

• feel better equipped to meet a range of personal challenges
• feel better motivated to tackle seemingly daunting personal obstacles
• have a greater knowledge about, and understanding of, their colleagues
