This new proprietary coaching programme will equip professionals with essential basic skills and allow the participants to return to work with a number of new ‘tools and skills’ at their disposal.

The programme will include:

 a mix of background theory so that people understand  that some of what they are going through has happened to others and is, actually, well understood and researched.

Some psychometrics and feedback from that to start off the process of holding a conversation.

A larger scale task to help participants to understand what is involved with the management of  the change process – but in an environment which is low in genuine management risk.

Develop key strategic competencies in coaching with DHA Management Development.

• Time will also be spent in series of 1 : 1 coaching conversations, with an impartial observer, to help individuals overcome some of the nerves and hesitancy that accompany such conversations.
